Confidence comes very naturally after a certain level of competence. If you have belief in your abilities, and have found evidence to support your beliefs or strengths - you will have competence in what you say, how you present your message, and have a solid belief of who you are, what you are capable of and what is important to share. You have demonstrated experience or knowledge in something.
This interconnects with confidence; a psychological state of someoneโs self belief. You can act confident, and it can be pulled off in the short term. However, an act, will eventually leak through our words, actions and expressions.
Incompetence will appear in how you speak to or treat others, your ability to manage your emotions, the overall 'energy' or aura that others feel around you, and whether you choose to lead or avoid a difficult conversation.
โWith Alyssa as my personal 1:1 coach, I had the best imaginable experience. With how she handled the coaching, I could see that she is very experienced and really knows what she is talking about. The coaching started with the fear method, to effective communication, to the coaching of my leadership personality.
The coaching was personalised to the point that she would address issues that came up during the week. She would always remind me that I could contact her if something came up, also for anything urgent.
With her help, Iโve grown my professional and personal characteristics. The difference is not just a small detail, itโs like day and night. I can now handle difficult situations like I never could before. Now I have the tools needed for every situation that I will experience in the near future. Long story short, itโs not just a little help, itโs life changing. Iโm very satisfied and if you are not sure about it, just do it.โ
"Alyssa has opened up my world to being very specific about who I am, who I was, and who I want to become. This has transferred into the amazing human here that you see today. I am a micro-influencer on TikTok and I just needed a little bit more help. Alyssa was really awesome in helping me create some clarity around what I wanted to get out of the program.
Alyssa was really great with my concerns. Slowed me down, and sometimes if I needed a bit more time, that's what we did. I've really bloomed and come out of my shell. Especially after Covid, I lost a business and that kept me very reserved, and kind of asking 'Who am I?' 'What do I want to do' and 'How do I want to communicate and talk to people now?' I feel like I found myself again. I have new goals, and I've got some great direction and Alyssa's helped me to do that. Definitely confident, I just needed a little bit more help with Communication. Best investment I could possibly have made for myself. Thank you Alyssa."

"I loved the tasks and closed-eye process to think about who I didn't listen to, as that brought up things from a different perspective and having a newly found awareness of how I can improve my communication.
The work I did with Alyssa was amazing, she helped me improve my communication skills on a deeper level. She is a very kind and caring person and I highly recommend working with her."
